The Seoul Metropolitan Government developed an app called 'Wrist Doctor 9988' to promote the health of its citizens. Citizens responded positively to it, and it quickly gained over 1 million users after its launch. To commemorate this, they rented Gwanghwamun Square to hold a 'Wrist Doctor 1 Millionth Commemorative Non-powered Treadmill Walk' event.
Creative Works participated as the event media and produced one sketch video about it.
